Grilled Pork and Pineapple
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into rings
- 1/2 C yogurt
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1/4 C cashews
Steps:
- Season pork with S+P. Grill pork over medium heat for four minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Grill pineapple.
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and marmalade.
